  • We work end-to-end across strategy, design, and development. You’ll work with top-tier talent across all facets of product development and expand your skillset.

  • We’re a growing team. We want your input in shaping the future of our studio, practices, and team dynamics.

Who we're looking for

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with product designers, software developers, and business stakeholders to steer the development of high-quality, scalable, and performant products. We're looking for someone who is willing to engage end-to-end from strategic planning, through product definition, to delivery. You are curious about new trends, willing to challenge conventional product strategies, and are eager to contribute to the product vision. You are proactive, and capable of planning and managing your own product roadmap. You believe in crafting exceptional and unique product strategies that drive user value and business growth.

Responsibilities

  • A solid foundation in product management, demonstrated by 5+ years of experience in the field, preferably including both product management and product consulting roles.

  • Proven ability to effectively communicate and present a product vision to diverse stakeholders, from team members to executives, using exceptional written and verbal skills.

  • Technical savviness, with a clear understanding of modern product development strategies and technologies. While not a prerequisite, familiarity with engineering concepts will be an asset.

  • A strong track record of delivering successful B2B and/or consumer-facing products, demonstrating your keen eye for market needs and customer value.

  • Proficient in developing, executing, and delivering in line with a product roadmap, reflecting your capacity for high-level strategic planning and attention to detail.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and facilitate workshops to address and resolve issues, in addition to presenting your team's work with confidence and clarity.

  • Ability to navigate complex technical challenges, providing support and guidance to the team in making informed decisions.

  • In-depth understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive landscapes, developed through hands-on experience in market analysis and competitive research.

Required Experience

  • Facilitate workshops and collaborate with senior stakeholders to solve complex problems.

  • Work closely with stakeholders, design and engineering teams to align goals, communicate product development, and drive product success.

  • Understand user needs and pain points through research, interviews, data analysis, and feedback. Use these insights to influence product direction and decisions.

  • Define, prioritise, and communicate clear and detailed product requirements to guide the design and development team.

  • Develop product roadmaps and maintain a groomed backlog.

  • Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch and beyond, constantly seeking to improve and optimise the product based on evolving customer needs and business goals.

  • Supported by the Parallel team, you’ll take full ownership of your work, and take responsibility for every last detail, every step of the way.

Benefits

  • 9-day fortnight: every other Friday off

  • Work from anywhere: At the studio, hybrid or fully-remote

  • Flexible hours: be available for meetings, workshops or meet-ups. Other than that, we’re flexible on when you get your work done.

  • 25 days off per year, plus bank holidays

  • Private health insurance

  • 16 weeks maternity, 4 weeks paternity leave

  • Annual learning and development budget

  • Brand new MacBook + office equipment

  • Pension contribution
